Beginning the Process
The initial stage of the project is for our customer to fill out our online order form. At this point this is the perfect opportunity for the customer to point us in the direction towards what exactly they are searching for in their ideal design. The form inquires into the precise needs of our customer and helps our design team provide exactly what is needed to completely satisfy the client. We give the client the chance to aid the direction of their design by describing what they would like such as fonts, colors, styles, also the customer may have seen a design in our portfolio or elsewhere which they would like to point us towards. The client also has the opportunity to email or fax us any supporting documents.
Appreciating the Client
Understanding the client is paramount to producing their dream logo. We look closely at their company and draw on our experience to get the project off to the perfect start.

Our design team will look at the company description and target audience and come up with some key words that are appropriate to this company and project. This is a carpentry business dealing with general contractors. The key words we can associate here are:

Initial Concepts
After this initial stage, the all important order form is then handed to our design supervisor. The design supervisor then selects the designers best suited to the project. We always use multiple designers for each project to maximize creativity. The chosen designers will then create a selection of initial concepts which the design supervisor will review and select the most promising concepts to send to the client.

From this point the client plays a vital role in the development of the project. The client will now have a visualisation of how to progress with their logo design.
This particular client was more than happy with design 1 and asked us to move on to the stationery design.
Is it Always this Simple?
On this occasion the client had a very clear vision from the outset of his perfect logo. This enabled our design team to hit the mark first time of asking. This is not always the case and we offer our clients free unlimited revision rounds to fine tune the selected concept until they are 100% satisfied with their new logo design.
On the rare occasion that a client does not like any of the initial concepts this is far from the end of the road. Even when this situation occurs the client will often develop a clearer picture as to the direction they want to move in. We will ask the client to provide this new direction to us and our end we will draft extra designers to the project to further enhance the creative input. Armed with this new direction we will prepare a new set of initial concepts for the client.
Stationery Design
Now the client’s new custom logo is complete we can turn our attention to the stationery design. Our stationery package consists of three components; business card, letterhead and envelope. By now the design team will have a good understanding of the clients taste and will create three initial stationery concepts accordingly.

These were the three stationery concepts presented to the client. Again the client was happy with concept one and asked us to prepare their final pack.
Again with the stationery process the client is entitled to free unlimited revision rounds however it is not uncommon for us to hit the mark first time as the design team will already have a good feel for the project.
Final Pack
When the client is 100% satisfied their new corporate identity the design team will prepare and send the final pack. The final pack contains your logo and stationery design in a variety of different file types for different uses.

Eps – This is your fully editable master file. The eps vector file can be enlarged and reduced with the correct software without any loss of quality.
Psd – We supply it with a transparent backround to so it is great for use by a professional web designer.
Jpg – Perfect for importing into Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Access etc.
Tif – This file is in CMYK color and is the file format requested for professional printing.
Stationery File Types
Jpg – Ideal for home/office printing.
Ai – Used for professional spot color printing.
