I've been postponing writing a testimonial as I don't believe in them much, but I'm so happy with my logo that I felt I owed them at least this much.

let's detail a few things then:
1st, amazing communication - continuous updates, prompt replies and rapid corrections

2nd, i love the correction process - almost any time i suggest one thing be changed and suggest how to do it, i still get like 3-4 choices back - some of it offering an alternative, some a layout correction - really, top notch

3rd, my initial idea was fairly concrete in its message, but i wasn't sure on how exactly put the message in the graphic - of the choices i was given though, one stood as as very close to my vision and a few e-mails later, we had a working copy that only needed a few more layout corrections and some color adjustments...

4th, re biz card design - i was extremely picky in terms of positioning and such and took a number of tries to get things working - again, in almost no time and with not a word of complaint from the tlc side - and this, friends, screams good service to me

5th, packaging - very good combination of cmyk, rgb, web and print qty gfx, packaged neatly into a zip - here my only suggestion would be to indicate in the name (or add a readme file) what each file is suitable for exactly for us non-designers. Still, a simple but efficient solution!

6th, last, corrections - a few months after the design was already delivered, i noticed i needed my stationary adapted for american sizes - 8.5x11 and envelope #10. I could have tried to make the adjustments in AI, but it would take me hours and hours on end. Flipped a quick email to tlc, explaining my dilemma and had a link to the items I needed in a few hours...

I really enjoyed this service! And I will be a repeat customer the moment I need something else done.
