Welcome to The Logo Company.

The live helper is yet another method of contact and is manned sporadically. There are no set times for this and we do not promise to be available for online chats at any specific time. We prefer to communicate via email or via the forums as this way we can get your answers in a timely manner whilst still being able to work on clients projects.

We may change that in the future and man the live support during certain hours but right now we don't see a need for it.

Please drop me a line at logosale@thelogocompany.net with your questions or please feel free to reply here. Someone will answer your questions within 12 hours but usually much quicker.
