Hi,
I have the following pre-order questions:
If I have 3 shades of the same color on the logo or stationeries, would the printing companies count that as 3 colors or one when pricing the order?
At the moment, my company is home-based, so I do not want to have my home address on either the business cards, stationeries or envelopes. But, could a space be incorporated in the design, to allow me to do on my own, should I need to add in a web-site address or an office location in the future?
I'm the only employee now, but, certainly hope to be able to hire some sales people down the road. Does the final format allow me to change names & titles as needed on the business cards for printing at home?
Most of my correspondence will be via email on Word or Exel documents. Would my customers see my company logo/stationery color/font correctly if their computer do not have same color/fonts as the original design?
Awaiting your response,
ML |

Hi ML,
How the printing companies charge you for their printing is not something we can really comment on. We design in Pantones and each Pantone color is normally counted as a different color.
With our stationery designs we deliver the source file for each item in the form of an AI file format. These files are 100% editable with Adobe Illustrator so you can make any alterations/additions yourself in the future using that program.
The Logo and Stationery files are image files. Your customers will see what you are sending them because it is akin to sending them a picture. They do not need the color/font files to be able to view your logo or stationery. (Although the colors on their individual monitors will depend upon the quality of their screens).
