Hi,

I have to say I was impressed by your site and pricing and decided to take the plunge. I submitted my form and payment and received a auto-response e-mail, now what? Should I be seeing an e-mail with my concepts soon?

Hi Jason,

Thank you for your order. Once an order is placed we begin preparing your logo design choices, which we will send to you usually within 24-48 hours of placing your order.

We then ask you to choose the design you like best and if you would like any revisions to that design. You may also feel that a hybrid design, incorporating features from the different logo design choices we have given you would be more suitable.

Once we have completed the revision process you will be sent your new logo design in proffesional format for web and print use.
