Hi,
I am interested in your Corporate Identity Branding Special Offer, but I have a question for you; we haven't finalized all of our new company's contact info yet (Ex: address, phone numbers....) but we need the logo now for the website which we are developing right now. I know that the above package includes Business Card, and Letterhead designs and for these I am assuming that I would need to give you my final contact info for them which O don't have right now. Knowing my sitution, what are my options?
If I give you a temp contact info for now, would I be able to edit these items and change the contact info on them, or you would send them to me in a graphic format that I won't be able to edit?

Hi,
Welcome to The Logo Company.
Your question is one that comes up from time to time. What we have done in the past is dependant on the client.
If you have access to Photoshop you can change the business card text yourself as we will supply you with the source file. The letterhead is completely editable in MS word.
If you do not have access to Photoshop and you have no possibility to change the business card text yourself, then we can hold off on the supply of the corporate identity pack until you have your details finalized. We would supply you with the logo design so you can have your web site completed and then when you are ready you can forward your contact details to us for the corporate identity pack.
Just mention on the order form http://thelogocompany.net/orderform.htm that you need to do it this way. It is not a problem for us.
Let me know if you need any more information prior to ordering your business logo design.

Hi again 
There is a note that appears at the top of the order form with an email address that you can send supporting files to. It is logosale@thelogocompany.net
We will design the logo taking into consideration your website design.
