Multiple revisions, single invoice ?

Hello,

We're interested in working with TheLogoCompany, although we believe to receive some good initial concepts we expect at least a few revisions on concept of choice. Given the fact that we had bad experiences with international payments lately (and associated banking transfer costs) - we were wondering if we would receive 1 invoice for the initial offering inclusive the # of revisions required (our preferred way of working) ?

In other words, 1 transaction, 1 payment is preferred against several smaller financial transactions.

Hi Manu,

Welcome to The Logo Company.

You should not worry about a continued number of revision fees. We rarely charge for minor changes after the first free revision.

The most you would be expected to pay on top for normal revisions is $10. Only if you are constantly changing direction would we apply extra fees. What we would do in this instance is tell you that we will bill you an additional amount but not actually take any extra money from you until the project is completed.

This way you only make the initial payment and only at the end of the process if there were to be additional charges then one other payment maximum would be required.

As I just said though, it is almost unheard of to pay more than a total of $10 for the logo revision.
