I sent an email to logosale@thelogocompany.net requesting a quote on services a few days ago, but have not yet recieved a reply. How long does it take for emails to be responded to?
The email read as follows:
I am looking to get a general quote for a full package as follows:
- New Logo Design with Corporate Identity Branding Special Offer ($80?)
- Printing of Business Cards (Glossy), 1000 quantity with shipping to
Ontario Canada
Also, your business card page is abit unclear with its price layout.
How much extra is it to print on the backside? Something simple like a
calendar. How much extra is it if I was to choose 2000 quantity? I don't know if its just my browser or resolution, but the prices appear unclear in the table.

Sorry about the delay. We had a little email trouble. Things seem to be OK now but one or two people are still saying they can't get through so I thought it best to respond here.

Business cards. Not sure what the problem is you are having. It all looks clear here and we have several monitor types and resolutions.
The prices taken from the price list are:
1000 cards $71.99
If you want the glossy finish option add $26.99
If you want back side printing add $15 grayscale or $35 color.
for 2000 cards $89.99
Glossy option add $30.99
Back side printing is the same price as a thousand.
