I am preparing to order from your website and I am looking at the largest package which includes logo design, letterhead design, and business cards with 500 printed for $289. If I decide to order more cards down the road through you how much does it cost?

Are there any specials which are less expensive that would allow me to still have all these designs and possible have a local printer print them for me?

I don't understand all the different formats that these logos come in. If I want them printed on road signs, billboards, flyers, website, newspaper, magazines, etc. Any form of advertising print can it be done?

What if my computer does not have the software to see or print off copies myself what do I do?

Does it come in a CD form as well as the email format you send? Is that easier to take to a printer or sign maker and have them use it to apply to their advertisement? What if I lose the CD or it is broken how could I have it replaced?

I have a million more questions I probably need to talk to someone onthe phone that is very patient. We are a new business and need a little hand holding to make sure that we do it right the first time...

The $199 package includes all the same design work as the $289 package just without the 500 printed business cards. We supply all our design work in industry standard file formats so you are not bound to our printing service. You can take our designs to any print shop for your hard copies.

We send the logo in a vareity of file types to cover a range of uses you may have for it: road signs, billboards, flyers, website, newspaper, magazines, etc... Also in the eventuality that a particular printer may require a specialist file type we can work directly with them to provide exactly what is required. As well as sending file types for professional print we also send high resolution jpg files. You will be able to print these jpg files from your home/office printer.

You have outlined precisely the reason why we do not send CD's. They can get lost or broken on route to you or after you receive it. We send your final designs via email as a zip file for you to download. The files are then easily saved to your computer and a CD if you wish. You then have options for getting files to your printer. You can save the files to CD, email the files to your printer or on request we can send files from here direct to your printer. All our design work is archived so if you have a computer crash or lose your files just get in touch and we can re-send them.

How do I know if you are a real company and not just taking my credit card number and running with it? Are you registered with BBB online??

Hi Daryl,

You are right to be cautious. Whenever doing business online you should perform a due diligence of the company you are looking to do business with.

Here are some signs for you to make your decision about us.

1. Would we have in excess of 1000 testimonials if we steal credit card details?

2. Would we be certified as Hacker Safe if we stole credit card details?

3. Would we be certified as a safe place to shop by Square Trade if we stole card details?

4. Would we still be in business after many years of online trade if we stole credit card details.

Of course we don't steal credit card details. We never actually see your card details. We use either Worldpay (third largest online bank in the world) or Paypal to process your payment. These companies are experts at making your buying experience safe and secure. In addition to that we protect the data you enter in our order form with a SSL certificate. This encrypts the information and makes it impossible for anyone to intercept it.

You will be hard pushed to find another online trader that does more than we do to protect you from the dangers of internet shopping.
