Phone Number?

This has probably been asked before, but is there a reason you don't have a phone number for contact? I really like your logo design, which is why I took a chance and sent payment to you guys, but I am always uneasy sending money to an internet company that doesn't have a phone number to call if there's a problem.

Each order is worked on by a pool of designers. More than one designer works on each project. To avoid miscommunication we need all your information in writing.

In addition to supporting our clients via email and this forum we are also passing along to you the direct saving of not having to pay for phone support. This is reflected in our insane pricing.

We appreciate that this business model is not for everyone but in the several years we have been working over the internet we have found it to be the best for us and the clients alike.

I notice your website is registered in Belgium. Perhaps you don't offer phone support because you're company is multi-national? I can understand the costs of phone support, but even having just a voice mail may help ease some people's minds.

Regardless, thanks for your prompt response. I suppose that's all that really matters... that you respond quickly, be it be electronic or not. Looking forward to your concepts Wink

Hi,

We have offices both in the USA and Europe and we do in fact have voice mail. The number is listed on our "contacts" page and we ask that callers leave a message with a clear return email address so we can contact them.
