Phone Number? |

| This has probably been asked before, but is there a reason you don't have a phone number for contact? I really like your logo design, which is why I took a chance and sent payment to you guys, but I am always uneasy sending money to an internet company that doesn't have a phone number to call if there's a problem. |

I notice your website is registered in Belgium. Perhaps you don't offer phone support because you're company is multi-national? I can understand the costs of phone support, but even having just a voice mail may help ease some people's minds.
Regardless, thanks for your prompt response. I suppose that's all that really matters... that you respond quickly, be it be electronic or not. Looking forward to your concepts  |

Hi,
We have offices both in the USA and Europe and we do in fact have voice mail. The number is listed on our "contacts" page and we ask that callers leave a message with a clear return email address so we can contact them.
