Hi Yolanda,
When your order is placed a confirmation email is automatically sent to the email address you listed on the order form. Likewise, when your payment is made a second mail is sent from our payment processor confirming the payment was received.
In your case we have received both your order and payment and your order is with the design team at the moment who are creating your initial logo design choices.
If you did not receive either confirmation email it may be that they have gone to your spam bin.
