Question about revisions |

I wanted to know how long it usually takes to recieve a revision, I submitted my logo last wednesday for revision and I havent heard anything back from you guys. I am not trying to rush but I am on a tight schedule for getting a logo for my company and my business partners are complaining. Please contact me ASAP with some details. Thanks,

Hi Michael,
We had originally sent your revised designs to your email last Friday. It appears you did not receive those. This is probably due to your email provider marking our emails as spam/junk .
I have looked through the history of your project and see we had a similar problem before which we had resolved.
I have just sent a test email to you, please confirm the receipt of this and I will re-send your designs.
To avoid this problem re-occuring please can you provide us with a back-up email address that we can also send the designs to.
