Heyas,
I'm considering using your service for a logo-design, and had a few questions.
1) If, on the off chance, I request a logo (I've got a very specific idea in mind), but don't like any of the supplied ideas.. am I able to get a refund, and "try again"?
2) What payment options are available? |

My thanks for the swift reply. However, you missed one question: If I'm not happy with the initial offerings, and I request a refund, can I then request the designers take another crack at it? Ie - "try again"?  |
