Real Corporate Identity Question

Hello. These are probably some stupid questions, but I need to ask. First, I noticed that on some other posts, you mentioned that you got the letterhead template in Word format. I did not see on the order form where you specify which version of Word you are using.

Second, how can I edit the business cards, letterhead, and envelope text? We are going to be moving our office soon, and will need to change the address. Also we will need to add more employees on the cards over time.

Last, on Address Lins 1-4, do I need to put the company name, city, and state, or do you do that already based on the zip code?
