I am legally blind. The CODED letter verification thing has me JAMMED. Grr This Sucks.... I was also looking for a US Phone number to call to ask sever pre-sales questions. There is absolutely no reason at all to register in fact as everyone has posting privileges even as a guest poster. I see you worked around that because you managed to get your post on. We do not have phone support as all our correspondence takes place either via email, site enquiry via the contact us page or via this public forum. Any of these methods will get you prompt and professional assistance very fast. The longest you will wait for a reply is 12 hours. Let me know what you need and I will get back to you right away. There is no need to register, so I am at a loss as to why you are complaining about the "verification thing". That appears to be impossible, however. During the registration procedure one is required to read several letters in an image and type them. No matter what letters one puts in, it is reported that they are incorrect. I can post the images here for you if necessary. Until I saw the subject of this thread and read it, I would have had no idea that registration was not necessary. I would have given up and gone away.
