Hi Jen,
We will provide you with file formats that can be used for pretty much anything. The only real pitfall you may come up against is if you want to have embroidery done using your logo.
Embroidery companies often use propriatory software to make the design and this creates file formats that are not used in graphic design or printing. Most though can convert vector files like an eps file to this propriatory format so you should make sure that if you are going to get embroidery done then you should check with the embroider what file formats they can use.
