Hi,

I'm currently going through a logo design process with you, and wanted to find out what timezone your designers work in. This way I can more accurately determine when I should be receiving a response from the team. Smile

I'm in Sydney, Australia GMT+10 timezone.

Thanks,
Leigh McCulloch

We are available from 7am to 4pm EST (USA). That is the same as 9am to 9pm GMT.

Let me know if you need anymore help.

Simon

Hey simonmc,

Just checking the times, because
7am -> 4pm = 9 hours, and
9am -> 9pm = 12 hours.

P.S. I'm asking because with weekends and timezone differences, I wasn't sure when I should expect a reply to the reply I sent regarding the logo concepts that had been sent to me by Linda.

Cheers,
Leigh

Yes, that's correct. Our US working hours available are 9. Our European hours available are 12.

I will have someone call you about your project.

Simon

Hi,

I got a call from someone else in your office, and have sent through the email from my gmail account. In my hurried clicking however, I sent it from leigh + AT + mcchouse.com, instead of leighmcc + @ + gmail.com (I have other email addresses setup in my gmail account). I hope this doesn't cause any issues.

Cheers,
Leigh

Actually, please confirm if you got the email. I want to rule out any chance my mail didn't make it again Smile.

Hey Kevin,

I sent in a couple of very small changes a couple of days ago, but I haven't received a response as of yet. Has there been any hold up, or you didn't get my email?

Cheers,
Leigh

Thanks Kevin,

The red lines, the cutting area: is the edge of teh card along the red line?

I'm also a bit confused why a change I've requested in the last revision, wasn't implemented?

The change was to move the logo up 10px because at some point in the revision process the artist moved it south about that much.

Sorry to be more specific, to move the logo up 10px on the Business Card front only.

Hi Leigh,

I see your question about the red and blue lines has been answered by my colleague to your email.

My team held back on moving the logo up until you had seen the cut lines for the card. Now you have seen these and still require the logo to be moved up my team will implement this change. I will have this ready for your final approval ASAP.

Thanks

Kevin

Hi Kevin,

With moving the logo up the amount I wanted, is it going to be cut off? And how big will the margin be between the logo and the edge of the card?

My understanding is the edge of the card is the red line, which means that even though the logo is moved up, the logo will still be inside the blue line, meaning there will be a reasonable gap between the logo and the edge of the card.

I am double checking this because I don't want the content to sit right on the edge of the card, or to be cut off. I want there to be a reasonable margin between the edge of the card and the margin.

Thanks,
Leigh

Hi Leigh,

Looking at your design, there will be a reasonable margin once the design has been raised as per your request. I will have this for your approval today. I will include the cut lines again so you can make a judgment with both cards side by side to see which you like best.

Thanks

Kevin

Thanks Kevin.

Could you tell me how many millimeters the margin will be between the top of the logo and the edge of the card? When I get the next revision I'll print it to make sure it's not too close to the edge for what I'm wanting.

Cheers,
Leigh

Hi Kevin,

I just sent back what will hopefuly be the last change I need. And I forgot to mention in the email that the change i requested is ONLY for the Business Card Back.

I sent a second email stating this, but wanted to post it here to make sure it was communicated.

Thanks,
Leigh
