Training and support?

I am looking at getting our first logo for my pediatric practice. I know very little about using all of the different file formats. Do you offer any trainging or some type of manual in how to use these for various purposes that we might need? Also several companies state on their website that they offer "free support for life"--does the Logo Company offer anything like this?
