Turnaround Time |

Hi,
I know your site say's the turnaround time is 3 days; my question involves the calculation of the 3 days. Would this be 3 full days of design (logo going out on the 4th day) or does the logo go out for the initial review on the 3rd day of design? Also, I saw in another post that you were sending someone a logo on a Saturday; do you work on Saturdays? Is this counted as one of the 3 days?

We offer a 3 business day turn around on the logo design concepts. The 3 business days start from the moment we receive your order and payment. So if you place your order on Wednesday 20:04, the 3 business day turnaround will make it Monday as we do not work on the weekend.
I have checked on the status of your designs and they are currently being prepared. We will get your designs to you ASAP.
